As a certified Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility (CORF) we are able to provide coordinated outpatient diagnostic, therapeutic, and restorative services at a single fixed location.

Dr. Fossati’s training is from New Jersey Medical School and he completed his residency at the “famed” Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation/UMDNJ. Dr. Fossati is a specialist in the diagnosis of all injuries and pain related syndromes and also specializes in joint and trigger point injections, as well as, nerve conduction studies and electrodiagnostic investigation (EMG).

Mr. Sara stands behind the NJPR Rehabilitation Facility’s mission statement, “The Patient Comes First” and is proud to own and operate one of a small select group of New Jersey State licensed Ambulatory Care Facilities specializing in Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Services.

Dr. Patel’s undergraduate education was attained at Drexel University. During which he had studied Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Human Performance and Biomechanics. He later went to Medical School at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Patel completed his residency training at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. Hi
Dr. Patel’s undergraduate education was attained at Drexel University. During which he had studied Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Human Performance and Biomechanics. He later went to Medical School at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Patel completed his residency training at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. His diverse residency training also included instruction at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Baltimore VA Medical Center. In addition, he completed fellowship training in Pain Medicine at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami Florida, where he trained in Neurosurgery, Interventional spine, Osteopathic Medicine, Sports Medicine and Regenerative Medicine.
Dr. Shah is a board certified physical therapist has been working as a Rehab Director for the past three years. He has been specializing in Spine rehab for the past 5 years and is currently undergoing the credentialing process to become McKenzie MDT certified. He also did his doctoral level Caplan project in patella-femoral pain syndrome.

He evaluates and treats a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular injuries/diseases and has taken a special interest in procuring, strategizing and implementing both a falls prevention program and a health/wellness program in the past.

Mrs. Chang has been in practice for over 30 years and has been associated with NJ Pain and Rehab since 1998. She specialized in neck and back rehabilitation and the management of pain. Ms. Troll serves as the facility office manager and assists Mr. Sara with all operational administrative functions. She has been associated with NJ Pain and Rehab since 1999.
