The first step after a work injury is to file a claim with your employer then see a  doctor. Your doctor will recommend the next steps whether that be imaging, physical therapy, or a modified return to work protocol.

Here at NJPR, we are here to help you! Upon scheduling an appointment with our office, we will collect your claim information so that there is a consistent flow of information to your adjuster. In order to prepare for your physical therapy appointment here at NJPR, do the following:

• Bring your referral from the doctor
• Bring your claim information: claim number, adjuster contact information
• Be prepared to provide your work injury date and your employer’s information
